Wow Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to support our client based in Sydney CBD. 

Our client is for people who say no to traditional working conventions. Who refuse to be chained to the same desk day in and day out. They are not your traditional Office share environment but innovators of a new generation, working environment.  

They are on the hunt for an ambitious and energetic BDM with a natural talent for sales and business acumen. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy whilst maintaining relationships with corporates and creatives from all walks of life. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Develop and nurture leads through sales processes
  • Builds and maintains close relationships with key stakeholders
  • Creates brand awareness through high touch engagements
  • Analyze data to help improve sales processes and strategy
  • Coordinate with other teams to increase lead generation efforts
  • Own the outbound sales process: outbound lead qualification, prospecting, pipeline building and opportunity identification
  • Be a creative thinker who looks outside of the box to find solutions to meet growing sales targets
  • Work towards/maintain 100% building occupancy through achieving booked tour goals
  • Engaging with members on a daily basis in order to build strong business relationships to aide membership retention and value for members
  • Working alongside the Club Manager and Senior Management Team with regard to business development initiatives

The ideal candidate:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Business development / Memberships Manager or Sales Manager
  • Established pipeline within sydney - Ideally within commercial office space or commercial property.
  • Creative thinking and flexibility -- ability to multi-task and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of personal credibility, customer relationship, networking and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, strong attention to detail, forward-thinking and the ability to work autonomously and use initiative
  • Experience working towards and achieving KPI’s and targets.
