HQ Direct is a nationally recognised outsource Sales and Marketing company, situated in South Melbourne, that specializes in face-to-face event sales and promotions.

Current sales campaigns target the events sector - at shopping centres & trade shows on behalf of industry leading organisations on a face to face basis!

If you are confident in face to face communication and have at least 6 months of customer service experience, we want to hear from you!

The position? We are looking for people with Customer Service experience to fill an Entry-Level Sales Representative Role.

Key responsibilities (Duties)
  • Perform marketing activities for our Supplier’s clients
  • Customer or Donor acquisition for our Supplier’s clients
  • Secure and accurate collection of sales/acquisition details and payment methods
  • Administrative processes and procedures
  • Manage personal and business KPI’s – achieving targets
  • Remuneration?
A great HOURLY rate + super + weekly bonuses – OTE $1000- $1600 PER
