Wow Recruitment are looking for an experienced Client Services Officer to join our growing and expanding Financial Services client in Sydney CBD.

Salary:
$60k - $70k + Super

About the role:
  • Managing loan applications from Loan Approval through to Settlement and being first point of contact for all parties. Ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience.
  • Attending client meetings and assisting with opening new credit cards and bank accounts to ensure clients banking is optimal.
  • Completing annual loan reviews and calls with clients and adding as much value through communication and pricing restructures.
  • Post settlement customer service activities - any variations or switches to existing loans.

Ideal Candidate:
  • A general understanding of lending practices and loan structures and being familiar with a broad number of lenders and processes.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and experience to ensure the client is renowned for such.
  • Handling variable workloads; multitasking and prioritising; while maintaining high quality output.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organisational, time management skills and eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Excel.
