The Role:
Chin Chin Melbourne is looking for experienced Assistant Manager /Floor Supervisor to join our dynamic FOH family. You will be in charge of ensuring the smooth running of Chin Chin Events in our freshly renovated events space. The successful applicant will have a Supervisory /Management experience in a fast paced working environment.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year demonstrated experience as a FOH Supervisor or Manger within a fast paced, premium restaurant
  • Experience in running events advantageous but not essential 
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Experience in the effective running of the floor 
  • Passion for delivering outstanding service for all guests
  • Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
  • Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able and willing to work weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
  • RSA certificate
