About Chin Chin Sydney:

In October 2017, Chin Chin made its debut in Sydney’s Surry Hills. While keeping true to the original Chin Chin Melbourne, Chin Chin Sydney has its own style and local feel. Housed in the beautiful, historic and heritage listed Griffiths Tea building in Sydney’s Surry Hills, Chin Chin Sydney has its own unique personality and a menu that reflects of its own neighborhood.

About the Role:

Chin Chin Sydney are on the hunt for experienced and outgoing FOH, Hosts and Bartenders. If you are passionate about the industry, love fun, fast paced environments and always provide the highest level of guest service, we want to hear from you!
 
The Ideal Candidates Must Have:
 
  • Must have experience as a Waitstaff, Host or Cocktail Bartender in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Host applicants must have experience in Guest Centre, Open Table, ResPAK or similar
  • Bartender applicants must have strong knowledge in classic cocktails, beer & spirits
  • Wine knowledge advantageous
  • Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to succeed
  • Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude 
  • Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Able and willing to work rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
  • Must have an RSA certificate
