Successful candidate will be working in exclusive dining area of the multi-award winning restaurant.  

Skills & Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Sushi Chef
  • 2-3 years experience working in the kitchen
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Sushi Chef in A la cart restaurant
  • Must have minimum of Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • Experience managing a section
  • Understanding of food safety
  • Strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
