Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience as a Pizzaiolo / Pizza Chef
  • Experience working in Italian restaurant
  • Must be able to hand-stretch artisanal pizza dough 
  • Italian cuisine knowledge
  • Experience in high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment is desirable
  • Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
  • Understanding food safety standards
  • Must be able and willing to work rotating roster including weekend & public holiday
