About the opportunities: 
Supporting our position providing resourcing via the Defence Support Services (DSS) Panel and Major Service Providers (MSP’s), we are seeking multiple Learning System Development & Management Services Experts to deliver the training transformation objectives for Defence Training Centres located in NSW

  • Significant expert level experience in training and learning design;
  • High level tertiary credentials and industry experience at senior and expert level
  • Relevant experience in Project Management;
  • Relevant experience in complex organisational change or reform; and
  • Public or Private Sector experience at a senior/executive level.
Desirable criteria are:
  • Relevant Industry accreditations or qualifications in training, project management, system design;
  • Demonstrable understanding of training technology and innovation; and
  • Experience in preparation of briefs and engaging with senior executive stakeholders.
