The PMO will be scoped to produce
  • Capability Life Cycle (CLC) artefacts for a Major Capital Acquisition. 
  • Manage CLC milestone delivery
  • Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders across the Department of Defence.

About the opportunities: 
Supporting our position providing resourcing via the Defence Support Services (DSS) Panel and Major Service Providers (MSP’s), we are seeking experienced Project Management Support personnel to resource a PMO located in Canberra.

Key Requirements include:
  • Relevant experience in Project Management;
  • High level tertiary credentials and industry experience at senior level
  
Desirable criteria are:
  • Experience in strategic agencies and Australian Defence Force intelligence platforms would be a benefit in understanding this complex intelligence environment
  • Experience in preparation of briefs and engaging with senior executive stakeholders.
  
The role requirements include
  • Leading and facilitating workshops as required.
  • Facilitation of engagement with key stakeholders.
  • Engaging on behalf of JP2289 (with approval from the CoA Task Manager); ISREW & Cyber Branch, Services, CASG, CIOG and ASD members and stakeholders including solution owners, Defence architects, Defence users, and related projects.
  • Developing content for relevant project/program products at the discretion of JCG and the Delivery Group.
  • Quality control and coordination of multiple authored documents to meet committee deadlines and standards as defined by the CoA Task Manager.
  • Reporting as defined and required
