The Resource Coordinator is responsible for providing resource support and guidance to the business.  The primary purpose of the position is the sourcing, allocation and maintenance of resources, being the central point of contact for employees and stakeholders.

Core Accountabilities of the role:
  • Building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Regular maintenance of the resourcing schedule
  • Regular communication with employees
  • Communicate resourcing requirements with Recruiters
  • Regular communication of resourcing schedules with Account Managers and Supervisors
  • Ability to influence and lead process
Requirements of the role:
  • Degree in Project Management or similar, desirable (not essential)
  • Previous experience in a Project Coordination role
  • Experience organising resources for projects
  • Ability to build relationships at various levels both internally and externally
  • Experience using computer software to manage and monitor resources
  • Process orientated
  • Ability to problem solve with outcomes which are beneficial towards all stakeholders
