Where you will be working.. Join this close-knit team at their office on the beautiful Gold Coast. Working Hours would be Monday-Friday 8AM - 5PM

What you will be doing..   Your duties shall include but not be limited to:

  • Greeting visitors with an amazing attitude plus showcasing your strong communication skills over the phone
  • Assist all management staff and clients as directed 
  • Arrange welcome packs and keys for all new clients
  • Maintain, update and ensure manuals and procedures are adhered to
  • Assist with client accounts as required
  • And many other general admin tasks
  • Looking after the Office Assistant to ensure all duties are completed
To be successful …  
  • Be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook 
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail is a must!
  • Previous Corporate experience within a similar environment
  • Starting asap
