About the Gig
This is a full remit Regional Training Consultant role, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to curriculum design and review. The role encompasses the full training lifecycle from curriculum, facilitation to feedback and development.
  
You will be facilitating programs and participating in the marketing, launch and measurement of new programs as and when required, running programs (from 1 on 1 to hundreds in the room!), working closely with the wider team to ensure our team’s competencies are up to date and relevant for their roles for in-store and Franchise Partner communities especially.
  
This is a varied role where in one day you might be training a Franchise Partner one on one on finances, train a team in store on a new menu and then a much wider audience of 200 on changes to the wider business.
  
  
About You
A basic requirement is you will hold a current cert IV in Training and Assessment!

You will be an exceptional communicator with the ability to pitch to a myriad of business levels – think in-store, Franchise Partners, support office and Leadership. Demonstrated care for your own professional brand and appearance, classroom based group management and fostering of trainee growth in a QSR or retail environment.

This roles requires a self-starter who is able to diagnose and recommend learning solutions to close trainee gaps.   There will be interstate travel for short periods of time.
