The organisation is trying to think differently about how they manage the ongoing regulatory changes in the industry, they are looking for a highly effective communicator who can draw subject matter experts together to maximise their knowledge and experience into a centralised learning operation for the wider business.
You will have a background in learning and development, a proven track record of effective training and delivery to include the design and delivery of training across a wide spectrum of people, effective review and improvement plans, information flow management.
You might have also worked in consultancy, a Big 4 CA firm or from the FS services sector but with expertise in people development.
This is quite a unique role and requires someone with the drive and determination to set up and move forward.
