Business Analyst - HR & Payroll
Our client is seeking a well-organised technical BA who is across Payroll and HR. This role requires the ability to understand and manage a requirements traceability framework and author business process documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has worked across payroll systems.
- Eliciting and documenting business requirements
- Showcasing the ability to do payroll data migration
- Working across data cleansing projects
- Writing, generating and extracting reports, using Crystal reports
- Operating a pay run
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis
- Has implemented a payroll system, preferably Preceda and Kronos
- Experience with Peoplesoft & Crystal Reports
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership and conflict management skills
- Must be proactive and has the ability to work independently.
