CareerBlend has partnered with a Local Enterprise Software Company in search of a Level 1/2 Support Professional.
  
Working with Four other support members this position will assist in managing an International Client base in a heavily focused team environment. As the business continues to grow this position has scope to take on greater responsibilities and provide career opportunities.
  
Responsibilities Include;
  
  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, via phone, email or chat
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
  • Recommending solutions and guiding users through features and functionalities
  • Liaising with the Development Team to understand technical problems and escalate them as necessary
  • Following up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Recording information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Gathering customer feedback and sharing with the development and sales teams

  • Level 1 phone support / technical customer support within an agile environment
