The organisation is the Australian division of an international group. They are highly successful, B2B market leaders with a network of around 250 business units nationally, supplying a vast network of trades customers.

Their management development program is designed to move recent graduates through their operations, gaining the skills and experience over three years, to become a business unit manager. That means P&L responsibility after three years. Beyond that your career will continue into more senior executive positions.

You start in a hands-on role working in a business unit. There are multiple locations from Geelong to Melbourne North, South-East through to the peninsula. But you'll be assigned to a location convenient to where you live.

You will gain experience across all business operations while being supported by a structured management training program and senior executive mentoring. This will involve rotations and training in operations and warehouse management, sales and negotiation skills, product knowledge, leadership, people management and financial management. The career rewards include an early pathway to general management, way faster than your peers, a competitive base salary and significant profit sharing based on business results.
