About this opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a career focused and experienced Property Manager to align with one of Perth’s elite agencies.  Professionals who are passionate about their career will be provided with a fantastic platform to grow and advance.
  
Duties will include

You will be responsible for the end to end management of your portfolio with support from an experienced team of assistants to assist with overflow. 

Duties will include;
  • Inspections
  • Leasing 
  • Managing rental arrears
  • Maintenance
  • Final bonds
  • Liaising with Clients / Tenants / Maintenance and internal investment team
  • Attending and contributing to team meetings
Dream Candidate

This rare opportunity will suit a candidate that really is SUPER PASSIONATE and looking for a long term career in property management. 

Ideally you will have minimum of 2 years experience managing your own portfolio.  Experience using Rest & Filesmart will be ideal but not essential.

You will need a current Property Management or Sales Registration and a valid WA drivers license.
