Opportunity for an experienced Analyst with an international Landlord on a portfolio of retail and commercial assets.

  • Salary of $70kpa - $80kpa + super
Our client is an International Investment Management fund with an active portfolio of Commercial and Retail assets across Australia, offering tailored solutions to their investors.
Working with a small on-site team, the role has a focus across retail shopping centres across Perth. You will be able to undertake and deliver the following:
  • Deliver financial, tenancy & lease analysis on all facets of commercial or retail sites where tenants are in place.
  • Create and produce accurate static and discounted cash flow models – taking into account inputs, outputs and cash flow hurdles with assistance from experienced specialist consultants and colleagues as required.
  • Preparation of investment and Board reports including budget and variance analysis.
  • Where required, conduct and manage feasibility studies and prepare due diligence with a broad focus.
You will either have a background in commercial valuations, ideally with experience on retail assets, and be seeking a change in career pathway or have proven experience in a property analyst role. You will perform at your best in a highly driven environment and be able to demonstrate superior analytical and research capabilities.
You will be a capable communicator, able to deal with various stakeholders to ensure you can make accurate, well researched and considered recommendations.
