Experienced Personal Assistant required for top tier Commercial agency for full month of December supporting Senior Executive.

Our client is a leading Commercial Real Estate agency providing integrated Real Estate services on a global scale. Running for over 30 years the company has gone through several expansions and acquisitions over the years to win a number of awards and is a top-ranking agency in the market.

About this Opportunity

They are seeking an experienced temp Personal Assistant to support a Senior Executive over the month of December covering holiday leave. There is the potential for the role to go permanent transitioning into a Team Assistant supporting a busy team.

You will be a fantastic communicator with impeccable presentation and the ability to think two steps ahead, property experience is essential. 

Your duties will include;
  • Diary and email management
  • Travel coordination
  • Prepare and edit documents and correspondence
  • Organisation and communication with other parties
  • File management
  • Adhoc administration
Ideal Candidate
  • Proven personal assistant experience in a corporate environment
  • Property experience is required 
  • Experience in Word, Excel & Office 365
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong prioritizing and time management skills
