Your appetite for growth and desire to win will drive your prospecting activities, and uncapped commission structure mean you’re always rewarded for your results in bringing in new business. You love  to play in SAAS, ERP, AI, Analytics, iOT, and Mobility space and really understand your customers business problems and help them to grow, innovate, and gain their own edge in today’s changing landscape.

You’re incredibly self-motivated and you strive to do the best in all you do.  You love the thrill of the chase, but know deep down it’s the art of the dance that will influence your C-Suite customers at the end of the day.  

You’ll be working very closely with the CEO who values your input and will step up and support you at any time.  The sales team consists of your role, an Account Manager, Sales Support and Sales Engineer with more hiring on the short horizon.  You will be spearheading new business opportunities in Manufacturing and other key sectors, Australia wide.   There’s nothing better for the hunter knowing that they are strongly supported by a creative Marketing team and an accomplished Professional Services team to ensure quality in your branding and delivery.  Other notations. Your first 90 Days!  Learning. Learning. Learning.  Inductions.  Platforms.  Processes. Messaging. Pipeline. Inbound.  Knowing your strengths and your market - you’ll quickly set clear expectations and personal goals with the CEO around financial targets and outcomes – for which you will be fully accountable.  You’ll revisit these plans every 90 days, in alignment with the business plans, and adjusting your activities accordingly.
