Our client specialises in decommissioning services to the oil & gas and mining industries.

Due to increase in work volume they are requiring the assistance of an experience Project Administrator to support the project teams with a variety of tasks including:

  • Assist with tender preparation
  • Project tracking statistics
  • Assist with monitoring project schedules
  • Assist with project reporting 
  • Assist with organising freight and courier deliveries of equipment and materials
  • Track project purchase orders against receipted goods
  • Capture project labour using timesheets
  • Prepare payment claims and invoicing
  • Follow up on issued invoices for payment
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports
  • Prepare and format divisional and project documentation
  • Manage document control
  • General administration duties
This will suit someone who has already gained experience in a project support role and who is available for an immediate start.  Get in touch now as this role will be required to start immediately.
