In this role you’ll play a big part in advancing our great Holmes brand, taking charge of our marketing across the mix. You’ll promote our key messages across our website and social media, respond to RFPs, manage award entries, create compelling content and take hold of key projects across our Marketing and Customer areas. As you go, you’ll look for opportunities to improve the way we’re doing things and find new ways to boost Holmes’ brand presence. You’ll be working with a very diverse range of internal stakeholders, working to understand what people need and want—and helping them to make the right choices for Holmes and the Holmes brand.

To be successful in this role, you’ll have experience in a marketing role and experience with social media, website management and copy writing. Strong writing skills and the ability to translate technical information into simple language will be a major advantage.  If you also have experience with bid preparation, that’s an added bonus! Confident and self-sustaining, with the ability to crack on with things under your own steam, you’ll also be great at influencing and convincing people, and able to cope with shifting parameters and expectations. You’ll be great at teamwork, and capable of operating in a structure where autonomy and freedom trump structure and hierarchy.
