Due to continued rapid growth, Solutions+ has an opportunity for a proactive General Manager to join their professional team of functional and technical experts to ensure continued growth and to meet the strategic targets of the business. The General Manager will have solid understanding of business systems and business process optimisation, and will assist with project management whilst also engaging in business development efforts. Reporting to the CEO/Managing Director, the General Manager will work closely with the dedicated and professional team of consultants and developers. The role requires a customer-centric and hands-on focus. An ability to effectively engage with new and existing clients and build strategic partnerships will be key strengths in contributing to and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will have proven ability to meet the demands of an expanding customer base whilst managing, coaching and developing a team of functional and technical professionals in a high growth business.  An astute awareness of business processes and project management needs, proven prowess in business systems and problem solving are required capabilities. A firm understanding of ERP applications, best-practice implementation and support models, and a strong customer service approach, with the mindset to exceed clients’ expectations, is highly desired. Tertiary level qualification or commensurate industry experience is also required.
