The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for the sales leadership and performance of AHT Group’s sales results, connecting strategy and implementing innovative ideas to lead the sales team in line with customer satisfaction, to deliver long-term growth and profitability for the Company. Leadership of people and processes in line with the Company’s code of conduct standards and implement initiatives that deliver AHT Group’s brand and message to market segments to generate leads and create interest in its products and services. Key responsibilities for the role include:
- Develop and implement the sales and marketing strategy and ensure legislative compliance.
- Increase sales opportunities and thereby maximise revenue for the Company.
- Convert marketing strategies into increased opportunities for potential clients and generate leads.
- Knowledge of the electrical industry in South Australia.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a sales leadership role, be tertiary qualified in Sales & Marketing or related discipline and have strategic skills and approach to marketing and sales opportunities. Knowledge of financial management, P&L, balance sheet and budgets are essential and the following certificates are highly desirable; Cert IV in Building and Construction and Cert III OHSW. Company vehicle and mobile phone will be provided and the successful candidate will be subject to a DCSI screening.
