The role:
This role has come about due to the retirement of a long-serving and valued member of the Rheem team so these are big shoes to fill.
  
Your role will involve:
  • Providing comprehensive, professional service and technical support to customers, service centres and internal staff. This is an in-house role so you need to be able to ask the right questions, visualise the issue and talk your customers through the possible solutions.
  • Receiving and managing customer queries, complaints and warranty claims.
  • Participating in the presentation of training material and programmes to external customers and internal staff.
  • Technical writing and preparation of presentation material for new or updated products and the issuing of technical and service bulletins.
  
Your skills and attributes:
  • Trade qualifications as a Gas Fitter (backed by practical experience). 
  • You already have an understanding of Rheem’s (or competitor) products eg gas continuous flow, heat pump water heaters and under-bench boiling/chilled water dispensers.
  • You are experienced in fault finding of technical products. You adopt a systematic and logical approach to solving problems and can identify opportunities for improvement.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communications. You can visualise and articulate technical concepts in a clear and simple, step-by-step manner.
  • You are customer focused, calm and patient, with an up-beat and can-do demeanour.
