Become a Customer Service Representative for one of New Zealand’s largest privately owned suppliers of raw materials and ingredients. Here is the opportunity for an experienced Customer Services Representative to make your mark.
About the role
With a focus on the plastics and chemicals sector, your role will be to provide sales support to staff and a high standard of customer service to both internal and external clients. Key responsibilities will include the following:
  • Field and document enquiries and initiate the required action
  • Accept orders and queries from clients.
  • Provide pricing and quotations to customers.
  • Accurate data entry and generation of indent purchase and sales contracts
  • Liaise with finance/administration and warehouse teams
  • Maintain stock records
  • Processing and release of packing skips
  • Inventory and stock control
Skills and experience
This is a key role in the business and you will have previous experience in a senior customer service position, either in an import distribution or manufacturing company. Ideally you will have knowledge of plastics and/or chemicals, however if you have come from a technical product base, we would be keen to speak with you.
