Despite COVID 19, they are actively seeking to fill this role as an Area Manager
In this role as Area Manager, you will be responsible for the successful operations of between 3-5 retail stores and you will act as the local leader recruiting, training and developing staff and for ensuring effective controls and standards are in place to deliver the highest standards of service and for monitoring the business to ensure success against the plan both financially and operationally.
As the successful candidate, you will be tertiary qualified as a graduate and possess a credit average as a minimum. In addition, you are well rounded as a people person and can demonstrate leadership experience in all facets of life i.e. sporting, social, and in your work experience.
This key role is a fast track development opportunity to a senior management position in a large rapidly growing and successful retail business and requires an exceptional and talented individual to come on the journey.
Military or other professional leadership experience is highly regarded as people leadership and management is indeed the core of this role.
Flexibility on your location is required at least within Victoria to allow effective use of the company’s talent.
