As part of the global client solutions team, these new Client Support Analyst positions will be focused on a variety of challenging day to day duties, ensuring exceptional client support is in line with the Australian client requirements.  Your various challenges will enable you to show initiative and proactive approach to ensure all product offerings are market leading and aligned to approved to their global best practise approach.

To be successful you will have previous client service, contact centre or support analyst experience from either the Financial Services, Fintech or Financial Planning Industry with hands-on client solutions knowledge and proactive communication skills allowing you to interact successfully at senior levels of the business.  Experience in the Financial Services or Financial Planning Industry is desirable and also with good computer systems skills will be well regarded.
