We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Endorsed Enrolled Nurse for our newest residential aged care facility located in Caulfield North. mecwacare Jubilee house is a modern and luxurious 41-bed centre offering boutique-style accommodation.

To be successful in this role you will possess:  
  • Advanced clinical skills and a commitment to high quality care and services. 
  • A minimum of two years’ experience as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse.
  • Current and ongoing registration with AHPRA as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with medication endorsement.
  • Previous experience working in an “in-charge” capacity.
  • Experience in an Aged Care facility preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of Accreditation Standards, Aged Care funding and Aged Care legislation.
  • Commitment to the philosophy of a person-centered approach to providing care and services.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to guide, motivate staff and promote a positive work environment.
  • Well-developed computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
