A specialist M&E contractor with a proud record in the NSW market for delivering quality outcomes for their clients for close to twenty years are currently looking for a HVAC Project Manager to join their business and deliver multiple schools projects across Regional NSW.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing the construction of mechanical services across projects valued up to $3 million. This group have established long lasting relationships with Tier I & II builders in NSW and you will be supported by an experienced site-based team as well as a growing in-house engineering & estimating department.
You will take responsibility for managing and completing projects on time and within budget, quality control, OH&S, and project claim forecasting. You will be a confident communicator, able to liaise with key clients & stakeholders whilst mentoring and supporting junior members of the team in their development.
The projects are based around Regional NSW, within an hours drive from one another, and should last up to 12 months.
Shared accommodation will be provided alongside an attractive salary package so this is a great opportunity for someone looking for a short term option due to a quieter market.
We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the mechanical contractor sector. Prior experience with Australian standards & codes is a necessity for this role. You will come from either a trade or engineering background and have previous experience managing similar value projects.
