NEW OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN A WELL KNOWN REPUTABLE REAL ESTATE AGENCY

Opportunity for an enthusiastic, well presented and dedicated book keeper, with book keeping experience, to join a GLOBAL Real Estate brand. 

WORKING MONDAY - FRIDAY
$55,000 - $65,000 + SUPER ( dependent on experience )


Day to day tasks and responsibilities of the role
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable
  • Bank reconciliations
  • General ledger maintenance
  • Journal and month end processing
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Other ad-hoc finance and administrative duties
  • Assist in preparing accounts for end of year external audit
The Essentials
  • Minimum 1 + years’ experience in book keeping with broad accounting software knowledge.
  • Territory qualification in accounting or finance preferred but not essential
  • Demonstrated literacy, numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience with MS office in particular Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work without supervision
