This is a great career opportunity for an existing Team Leader or Manager or Senior Application specialist looking to take that next step in their career.

Your role will be to mentor application support team and manage the helpdesk and support function.  Further more you will be keen to contribute to the Strategy and Innovation of Technology and analyse systems and processes to improve efficiency.  


  • Strong IT background from an applications support perspective
  • Experience in a Customer Service / Service Desk and applications support 
  • Recent experience in the Health Insurance industry is mandatory
  • Experience using Medical applications such as Eclipse, HAMBS, eParagon21 or other similar applications in member claim systems.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and desktop software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
