The role

You will be the office all-rounder based at reception who will greet customers, maintain the meeting rooms, look after all office supplies and catering, any service requirements, etc... In the downtime when all your work is complete you will have the opportunity to help other departments and learn more about the business.

About you

You will have at least 2+ years of experience working in a customer-facing admin role. You'll have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with a can-do attitude and will easily get along with people.

Apart from having strong people skills, you will have strong attention to detail and will be proud of keeping your area immaculate.
