A professional firm in the Macquarie Park are recruiting for a L1 / L2 Support analyst, supporting partners and executives.  This is a high reward, collaborative and energetic environment, using all of the latest technology.  Your communication will be 1st class as will your customer service.

* To have 12 months experience in L1 / Helpdesk Support
*  High recognition environment - Training & Certifications as part of your training & progression plan.
* Must have excellent communication & customer service in order to support partners and executives.

This would suit a 2nd or 3rd jobber with first class Windows PC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with the ability to execute quickly & build strong, internal business relationships.

To apply you must have:-
- No more than 2 years experience in IT ,1st and 2nd line support 
- Those who have experience within an IT  business or MSP would be highly regarded.
- Good experience of Troubleshooting and Diagnosing PC problems
- Windows 10, Office 365, Exchange 2016, Active Directory (setting up user accounts, passwords etc), handheld devices / mobile support.
