Leading Rural Property Sales Company is seeking a young enthusiastic sales & marketing consultant to join their small team

Our client is seeking to employ a full time Sales and Marketing person to be based in Sydney who is keen to pursue a career in rural property sales and marketing. Whilst located in Sydney the Company has been involved in sales in most states of Australia.
The Company, whilst small, is recognized as a leader in the marketing of rural property in Australia. The company has a strong reputation for being innovative, professional and successful.

  • Representing the company in all aspects of marketing and client relations.  Advising rural property clients on marketing initiatives, including:- 
    • market awareness and conditions
    • the optimum time and method of selling
    • assessment of value of property
    • preparation and cost of marketing (advertising, digital and electronic brochures/presentations, internet, newspapers, editorial.)
    • Responding to property enquiries
    • Carrying out property inspections
    • Negotiating with potential purchasers and vendors
    • Conducting auction sales, both live and online
    • Vetting sale contracts
Training can and will be provided depending on experience. You will need to be licensed.  Therefore the successful applicant will need to have or be willing to complete the necessary agency courses and ongoing training

  • An affinity with the rural sector, preferably some experience in Sales and Marketing or Stock and & Station but not essential
  • Honesty, integrity, reliability, punctuality, energy, enthusiasm, positive thinking and professionalism are paramount
  • A person who is a team player with a confident and outgoing personality, and good ‘people’ skills
  • The Higher School Certificate/ATAR or equivalent and preferably a tertiary course/degree
  • Strong communication & technology skills 
  • All staff will need to have a current driver’s licence in order to drive Company vehicles.
