Talent Street is looking to hear from Project Managers with solid experience and knowledge in delivering cloud services projects in large enterprise environments.  This position will require strong leadership, relationship management and agile development skills to ensure successful delivery of multiple component projects our client has.

In this role you will:
  • Manage and lead IT project teams
  • Show your ability to translate IT strategy and explain how your project fits within other business projects and broader business priorities and objectives.
  • Manage allocated resources, work with external providers, set work area priorities, manage workflows, develop strategies and evaluate business outcomes.
  • Build and sustain relationships, consult and share information, build the skills of staff through knowledge transfer and maximise team strengths to achieve project and business outcomes.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders on complex and sensitive issues.
  • Understand project management methodology, provide expert advice on project intent, deliverables, progress and outcomes.
  • Evaluate project outcomes, the broader impacts and implications of IT-project activities and escalate issues outside of delegation.
  • Modify processes and develop continuous improvement processes to enhance procedures of current and new project management work practices.
Skills and experience in the following will be highly beneficial:
  • Three or more years Project Management experience in I.T/Cloud Services.
  • Clear understanding of Project Management techniques, methodologies and tools, including risk and issue management.
  • Project documentation experience such as business cases, project plans, financial reports and forecasts.
  • Detail-oriented and collaborative with strong analytical, conceptual problem solving skills.
  • Proven high level negotiation, consultation, facilitation skills.
  • Highly developed documentation, presentation and communication skills.
  • Business & IT strategy experience
  • Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to, JIRA, MS Excel, etc.
  • ITIL or ITSM or PMP certifications desirable.
