  • Bopp & Tone, Sydney CBD  
The Applejack Hospitality Group seek a fulltime restaurant manager who is an effective leader, service specialist and passionate foodie. Reporting to the directors you will be responsible for all day to day operations of the restaurant and its staff, plus be the point of contact for all client and guest relations. 
  
The right candidate will have;
  
Skills & Attributes;
  • 3 years previous restaurant management and leadership experience. 
  • Gregarious outgoing personality with a touch of sophistication
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about wines and food
  • Passionate, engaged, committed and connected to fulfilling the multiple facets of the role.
  • Outgoing, talkative, confident and energetic when speaking with both guests and colleagues.
  • Sound financial and business acumen. 
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • The ability to keep your team motivated and exceeding all KPI's
  • Flexibility when it comes to rosters    
Benefits & Rewards;
  • $59,000 to $75,000 based on experience for Restaurant Manager
  • $75,000 to $100,000 for General/Senior Managers
