A Project Manager is required by a leading bank based in Sydney, where you will be working on back-office, derivative related projects.

A Project Manager is required by a leading bank based in Sydney, where you will be working on back-office, derivative related projects focused on cross stream delivery and reporting on revenue, efficiency, regulatory and overall strategic initiatives for that financial instrument within the bank.
  
You will develop and build relationships with stakeholders across the bank, bring people on the project journey ensuring that they see the value in the initiatives and that ultimately the deliverables are met successfully. The stakeholders and vendors are based globally so you must be experienced with managing enterprise projects on a global scale.
  
You will need to have experience working with business outcomes and IT focused projects - especially around digitisation and automation, and be comfortable working with stakeholders across both. You should have extensive experience working with financial instruments, in particular derivatives within a Bank and with back-office processes.
  
This is a newly created stream, and program manager and several PM roles are available, so please apply and refer people you’d recommend as you could be working together here.
  
  • Extensive Project Management experience
  • Experience on automation, digitisation or data projects are very beneficial
  • Financial experience, in particular in a bank working with complex initiatives
  • Derivatives and back office
  • Prince2 and PMP are highly regarded
