The Learning and Development Coordinator works closely with the Learning and Development team and General Managers of Veterinary Services to ensure practical training is structured and effective. The primary focus of the role is coordinating, organising and facilitating the enrolment process for the Veterinary Training Centres and workshops.

  • Managing Veterinary Training Centre Workshop Coordination
  • Establishing the VTC workshop calendar, in conjunction with the curriculum developed by the Learning and Development Director, General Managers of Veterinary Services
  • Developing strong relationships with workshop educators and liaising with them to confirm bookings and requirements for workshops.
  • Configuration and maintenance of LMS to support internal enrolment process.
  • Oversee the enrolments into Learning and Development workshop (including Practice Managers Workshops and Clinical Leaders workshops)
  • Organise all domestic and international travel for attendees and ensuring all required visas are completed.
  • Ensure that all participants have workshop itineraries including outlining any accommodation and travel details
  • Organise all accommodation, venues, caterings and events during the workshop that are required.
  • Relief Reception when requested by Business Support Team
  • Organising travel arrangements for workshop educators and attendees.
  • Organising catering orders for any support office functions when requested by Business Support Team.

The role is suitable for someone within the Veterinary Industry who has an interest in training and or a Learning and Development administrator looking for a new challenge.  A minimum of 2 years work experience will be required for the opportunity.
