We are seeking a Practice Manager to join the team on a full-time basis.

Swan Street Vet is a state-of-the-art pet wellness centre offering outstanding veterinary care services to the Richmond community. You will have the opportunity to work in a new purpose-built clinic with an amazing, passionate team! 
 
We are seeking a Practice Manager to join the team on a full-time basis. You will be a team player with the energy and drive to make a real difference, with a commitment and passion for quality practice and high standards of care.
 
What we are looking for:
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Veterinary Nursing with Certificate IV qualification
  • Practice Management experience is highly desired
  • An ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of the team
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated client relationship building skills
  • A hard working and a hands-on approach to your work
  • A willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved at all levels, with energy and drive
  • Effective time management and organisation skills
