Job Summary
Based in the Artarmon office, the key focus of the role is to be an Account Manager for our client base in Sydney. As such, you will provide direct assistance to a designated set of existing Customers in selling and marketing Managed Services and IT equipment, ensuring the increase in product/ service revenue and market share.  The bonus - a large existing client base to start managing from day one!
You should ideally possess:
  • Minimum 3 years account management experience with product hosting, server hardware and the cloud
  • Experience in ITQuoter, Gluh or Quosal is beneficial
  • Good understanding of Microsoft licensing
  • Solid MS Product knowledge, Azure, Office 365 and Hosted Solutions
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Office products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong negotiation and motivational skills.
  • Ability to build solid and trusting relationships.
