Acting as the Company Owner and Resume Writer's assistant daily, completing administration duties such as email and workflow management.

About the Client:

Our client's business is a career service catering for entry level and graduates through to C level executives and Board level professionals across all industries. Their team provides a number of services including:
  • Free Resume Reviews
  • LinkedIn Profile Updates
  • Tailored and generic Cover Letters
  • Modern Resume/CV Writing
  • Interview Preparation Sessions
  • Proofreading
They have asked us to search for a part-time Virtual Assistant to assist with a range of admin tasks.

Tasks include:
  • Email and workflow management
  • Marketing activities using pre-existing templates
  • Copy/pasting client resumes into new templates and into LinkedIn
  • Document management, including data cleansing activities
  • Reviewing client resumes for best practice using pre-existing templates
  • Scheduling social media posts, using Hootsuite
  • Researching for content marketing, for blog writing/SEO activities
  • At least two years of experience as a Virtual Assistant/Admin Assistant
  • Outstanding written English
  • Advanced Word skills
  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Experience with other Microsoft programs including SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams and Planner
  • Digital experience with Social Media, Canva, Hootsuite and Shopify
  • A "can-do" attitude to everything you do
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks
Basic Requirements:
  • Excellent working PC/Laptop
  • Reliable wired internet connection (Speed should be at least 5Mbps for download and 3Mbps for upload)
  • Noise-cancelling headset
  • Quiet work environment
