About the Client:

Client's business specialises in recruiting health professionals, social workers and teachers in Australia and UK. The business needs of a remote recruiter  to help them with a range of recruitment and admin tasks. The role will start as a part-time, and will hopefully evolve into full time work.

  • Identify, attract and shortlist candidates to fulfill the requirements of the business brief
  • Identify new business opportunities to resource candidates
  • Provide general administrative support to the recruitment process
  • Operate in line with the relevant legislation
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Must have previous sales, business admin and database management, customer service, HR and recruitment experience
  • Experience in operating recruitment and sales databases
  • Proficient in MS Office tools
  • A "can-do" attitude to everything you do
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks
Basic Requirements: 
  • Excellent working PC/Laptop
  • Reliable wired internet connection (Speed should be at least 5Mbps for download and 3Mbps for upload)
  • Noise-cancelling headset
  • Quiet work environment
