This mid-size firm in Sydney’s West offer excellent training, have a friendly and professional team, an open-door policy, social events and other perks. Currently looking for a full-time receptionist/ administrator to be the face of the business. As the receptionist and administrator, you will be the first point of contact for clients, you must naturally welcoming, friendly, polite and professional. You will be people-orientated and enjoy being in a support role.

  • Reception - answering phone calls, taking messages, screening and forwarding calls 
  • Managing a busy email inbox, screening emails and forwarding to the relevant people within the business
  • Following up on signed documents from the client
  • Scheduling meetings with Clients Managers and ensuring the meeting rooms and ‘meeting ready’
  • Assisting the Partners and Managers with ad-hoc tasks,
Skills and personal attributes required:
  • You will have experience working as a receptionist and administrator within an accounting firm performing the above duties
  • English must be exceptional, ideally your first language
  • You must have proven job stability and longevity on your CV
  • Must be proactive, organised and be self-motivated.
  • Be client-focused
  • Be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident
