About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, instructional design professional with a passion for supporting businesses to grow and develop skills. This hands-on role will lead and implement the ongoing review, design and development of client-focused, high-quality blended learning experiences and services for our clients, working in collaboration with CCIWA subject matter experts and internal and external supporting services across CCIWA.
While this role covers all modes of learning, a key focus is to develop our newly launched e-Learning capability to its full potential as an integrated product aligned to our core commercial consulting and training services. You will work to leverage and maintain our reputation as a trusted and reliable source of information and high-quality training.   

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:
  • Develop, implement, and manage an instructional design-based learning framework for CCIWA’s learning products and coach colleagues in its application
  • Support colleagues to apply the learning framework and guidance documents to existing and proposed learning products, through the development process
  • Plan and project manage the development of new integrated learning including webinars, eLearning and face-to-face learning including content development and input.
  • Diagnose and understand client business objectives and needs to develop responsive products and activities to target these needs.
  • Review and further develop CCIWA’s general e-Learning library
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure all material supports CCIWA’s strategic vision, commercial priorities and brand.
  • Review existing and ongoing learning products, ensuring live e-Learning content is updated regularly and creating a schedule for review.
  • Develop and maintain guidance documents for all activities.
This is a full time, permanent position.   

About You You will have:
  • Demonstrated experience and success in learning program and project management
  • Experience as a corporate trainer
  • End-to-end experience in developing engaging e-Learning modules and activities, supporting learning materials and feedback assessment, and learning evaluations.
  • Excellent communications, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and manage client relationships with senior procurement, commercial and technical personnel, and to identify client-focused commercial opportunities
  • Experience using ELMO Module Builder and Moodle LMS is desirable
