JOB DETAILS:
The ideal candidate will need to have 1 or 2 years of working within a Medical/GP practice. Salary expected $55k to $60k per annum for an experience receptionist/administration staff.

This Position is Full Time: Week One is Monday to Friday 
Week Two is Monday to Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. 

ABOUT THE ROLE: 
  • manage our medical appointments and onsite bookings by our clients via phone and emails.
  • manage our relationships with our major clients and local customers.
  • manage our medical paperwork and filling with doctors, nurses and customers.
  • operate on a daily basis (i.e. operational and administrative tasks).
  • invoice medical bills to customers and receive of payments via merchant terminals (i.e. EFTPOS).
  • conduct drug and alcohol testing and collection as describe in AS 3547, AS 4760, AS 4308 (training can be provided).
