An excellent and unique opportunity for a technically minded individual with a flair for people, to move into a 'customer success' position within this leading global services organisation. 

Based in amazing, trendy offices high up in the clouds in the heart of Sydney CBD, you'll be the face and focal point of IT to the company's external client base. 

You'll help and advise on the technical aspects of potential sales, and along with the sales team, follow the sales lifecycle all the way through to on-boarding and ultimately manage the relationship going forward for everything I.T. 

You'll be backed up by a global IT operations team, so will need to build relationships internally to ensure swift resolution, satisfaction and delight for your customer base. 

From a personal perspective, you'll be hard working, with an extremely positive and can-do attitude, be solution driven and have the humility to at times roll your sleeves up and get stuck in to tasks (such as installing printers or cables etc) if the situation is most easily remedied by your actions rather than handing off to the wider IT support team.
