About The Role: 

Working as an integral member of the Customer Data & Loyalty Technology Team, the Technical Business Analyst will primarily be responsible for working on ongoing projects that manages customer & transaction data, marketing and customer servicing systems. You will also heavily contribute to continuous improvement in an effort to add to the business's overall capability. The position is a 6 month initial contract with a good chance to extend further and will be based out of their main office in Bella Vista (with some sporadic travel needed to their CBD Office).

Further responsibilities this position will look after includes:
  • Working closely with both business & project stakeholders, internal IT teams and other 3rd party vendors to gather, develop, validate and recommend business, technical and functional solutions to solve business problems
  • Working, estimating and planning for the implementation of solutions & continuous improvements of existing systems
  • Building and managing existing relationships with key business stakeholders, and championing the adoption of technology solutions for the business

Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years' proven commercial experience working as a Technical Business Analyst with a background in data, databases, API's, data integration, user interface design and web based systems
  • Previous experience creating and analysing technical requirements (ie. system access, security, mobility, data integration, UI integration, data entry and reporting)
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional, non-functional and technical requirements
  • Proven experience delivering projects within an Agile framework and experience with Agile tools (ie. Jira and Confluence)
  • Proven experience liaising effectively with senior business leaders and other key IT stakeholders
  • Strong documentation skills (concise and accurate)
  • Superior time management skills with a proven ability managing multiple projects at one time
