Highly regarded worldwide for the manufacturing and selling of high quality electronic consumer + home goods, this Australian based company are on the lookout for a motivated Digital Portfolio Coordinator to join their friendly and professional IT Department on a full-time, permanent basis.

About The Role:

Working as a member of the Digital Team within the IT Department based just south of Sydney's CBD, the Digital Portfolio Coordinator will primarily be responsible for working closely with their list of 3rd party managed service providers, ensuring that all digital applications are operating at their optimal capacity, and liaising internally with the Development Team to ensure applications are meeting business needs. You will also work on on-going projects (ie. projects coming from the marketing department that require changes in some of the Digital Systems) to improve the efficiency of services offered by the Digital team.
Further responsibilities this position will look after includes:
  • Working with the Application, Digital and 3rd party vendors to build an appropriate strategy to manage Web Interfaces
  • Work closely with project teams to implement new web interfaces in to a standardised "API and Web Interface Management" structure
  • Working with vendors, to monitor and maintain digital authentication systems
  • Initiate a project to plan an alternative oAuth Solution for the business
  • Work with other project teams to integrate and on-board new platforms in to the existing oAuth systems
  • Ensure Runbooks are maintained and updated in conjunction with all changes/new deployments
  • Work with vendors to ensure all application, infrastructure and plugin versions are up-to-date
  • Assist in maintaining and managing licensing & vendor contracts
  • Work closely with the Compliance Coordinator to improve Digital Security and compliance
  • Manage the business's domain platform
  • Liaise with the Head of Digital to improve the business's DNS and Domain portfolio
  • Develop and manage application metrics to analyse cloud environment performance
  • Work with vendor to deliver the most cost effective Cloud solutions possible

Skills & Experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience working with Web Interfaces (REST/SOAP API's, EDI, etc) and managing with Enterprise Service Business environment (Jitterbit experience would be highly regarded)
  • Proven experience working and managing 3rd party service providers
  • Strong knowledge of Web Technologies (CMS, HTML, CSS, etc)
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure and networking technologies
  • Project management experience 
  • Proven experience writing quality documentation and creating visual diagrams
  • Experience with Linux/Unix systems would be highly regarded
