About The Company:

Our client is a global Commercial Services organisation with a strong presence in Australia and NZ. 

About The Role:

Working as a member of the Technology Solutions division the primary aim of the Business Process Architect is to define & implement a range of business process improvements, business services and improve information flow processes that align with the organisations current transformation strategy. The position will be a 9 month initial contract and will ideally be based out of their Melbourne CBD office, but candidates with the appropriate background in Sydney will be considered as well.
Further responsibilities this position will look after includes:
  • Defining, setting up and implementing a range of new business capabilities, business service and information flows that align with the current transformation strategy
  • Developing and enforcing a schedule of delivery for all solutions 
  • Developing and maintaining business process management and process improvement knowledge bases (and other relevant documentation)
  • Implement data analytics to effectively monitor and assess process performance + drive any productivity improvements
  • Guiding and advising business stakeholders of new business process management methodologies and process transformations

Skills & Experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Technology or Engineering
  • Proven business process design and improvement experience
  • Proven ability to introduce and implement new concepts and designs to an organisation
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with an ability to translate information back to business stakeholders
  • Experience leading or mentoring a small team previously would be highly advantageous
